Well, just to update everyone who is interested in what been happening in our lives, Johan just recieved a letter of acceptance as a Permanent Resident of Canada!  We are just waiting for them to call us for the approval. YAY!!!
Anyways, I have started working for the Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth and am having a blast! Although it is exhausting physically and mentally, there is no place I’d rather be then working with these kids!!! They’re all awesome! Well , this summer I have a grade 2-3 combined class and there are two other leaders that are working with me. It was pretty chaotic at first but I think that by getting to know the leaders better, we have a better chemistry at working together, which then makes the class better organized and fun! I have learned that being flexible, adaptable, and just open-minded to everyone’s ideas will always work in situations you have to work in as a group. I know it probably seems like common sense or a pretty simple concept, but after working alone in a way (like substituting) for a while, sometimes it slips your mind. Sometimes experiencing the situations of working together as a team again, one must re-learn this concept, like I have.
